The emblematic establishment, which has its own cycling centre, welcomed some 450 cyclists from 20 countries who took part in the 2nd edition of this now legendary international MTB race.
On the 8th of February 2023. For the second consecutive year, Fuerte El Rompido has participated in Leyenda de Tartessos by offering accommodation to some of the 450 cyclists from 20 countries who have taken part in this now legendary international MTB event.
The exclusive location, the presence of its own cycling centre, a gastronomic menu tailored to athletes (on request), and a heated indoor pool and spa, have led to the choice of many competitors to settle down and unwind after a long day of competition.
At the same time as the celebration of Leyenda de Tartessos from the 2nd to the 5th of February, Fuerte El Rompido decided to anticipate the opening and start the season by supporting this sporting event. It was supported by Union Cycliste Internationale, which in just two years has become one of the most eagerly awaited events in Huelva.
