The informant guarantees and is responsible, in any case, for the accuracy, validity, and authenticity of the personal data provided, committing to keep them duly updated.
How long will we keep your data?
FUERTEGROUP S.L. will keep your data during the investigation and processing of your information or report. Once the process is completed, FUERTEGROUP will keep your personal data blocked for the periods required by law. Data related to legal obligations will be retained for the legally established periods. After these periods, your data will be destroyed.
